Build 01 · Personal ops
Say it once
I wear a recorder. I talk. What I said lands in the right app and I never type it twice. Work notes go to Monday.com, project notes to Notion, journal entries to my wellness app. Each one is sorted by the phrase I say at the front, then filed by a schedule that runs without me.
→ The setup takes 10 minutes. The half hour that matters is deciding what you actually talk about.

Claude Cowork Starter Course
A free two-hour course that sets Claude up around the work you actually do. You talk through your week out loud, the structure gets built with you as you go, and you finish with it running on your own machine. No code, no accounts to create.
→ Not live yet. It goes up once I have run people through it and it holds, which is the same rule I use for everything else on this page.
This is the small version.
Same method, one person, one workflow. When it is a team of forty and the workflow is how your business actually runs, that is the job I get paid for.
